Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you'll work closely with healthcare providers, medical groups, and other medical facilities to coordinate and collect medical records. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, develop your skills, and make a real difference in the lives of our members.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to Provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure seamless communication

• Investigate, conduct research, and analyze Customer data for outreach and problem resolution
• Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
• Provide problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Work on projects of limited scope and complexity; generally follows set procedures. Works under supervision and receives instructions.

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
