Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our major business accounts, including order management, account maintenance, and sales support to our Corporate Sales Team. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide timely and accurate information to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to major business accounts, including order management, account maintenance, and sales support to our Corporate Sales Team

  • Manage customer relationships and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process a variety of orders, including electronic and manual orders, and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, and Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce
  • Utilize customer contact tools, including the Customer Contact Tool, to resolve customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or sales environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
  • Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with customer contact tools, including the Customer Contact Tool
  • Experience with order management and fulfillment processes
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
