The Role

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of pharmacy services to our clients and their claimants. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network
  • Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
  • Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment in multiple systems
  • Supporting client needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
  • Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems
  • Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients
  • Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on topics related to claimant medications

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in computer software systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents, and demonstrate proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage significant email and phone communications, and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with and commitment to serving as part of a dedicated team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with Workers Compensation benefit management or related industries
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in additional software systems or programming languages
