Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Customer Advisor at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations to help them find the perfect products.
- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked sales environment, ensuring that our customers have a safe and pleasant shopping experience.
- Collaborating with managers and team members to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Processing customer transactions through our POS system, handling customer refunds and exchanges, and managing cash, checks, and credit card payments.
- Developing pricing tags and promotional signage, managing stocks, labeling, and exhibiting products.
- Demonstrating and validating compliance with company safety protocols and following standard operating procedures.
- Providing assistance in other store sections whenever necessary and thriving in a high-tempo atmosphere with accuracy.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Retail Customer Advisor at blithequark, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Age 18 or older
- Basic math competency
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and excel under pressure
- Forklift certification (may be required for certain job positions)
- Ability to pass a drug test (required for heavy equipment operation)
Preferred Qualifications
