Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the management and maintenance of geospatial data for various projects. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and quality of data, and collaborate with our team to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain geospatial data for various projects, including creating, editing, and publishing GIS feature data in a geodatabase environment and on the cloud

  • Develop and implement cartographic designs using Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and quality of data
  • Work independently with minimal direction, using your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and achieve goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, data analysts, and other team members
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in geospatial data management and cartographic design

Essential Qualifications

* Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Geography, Earth Science, Data Science, or a related field

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in GIS, with a focus on data management and cartographic design
  • Proficiency with Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
  • Proficiency in creating, editing, managing, and publishing GIS feature data, both in a geodatabase environment and on the cloud
  • Working knowledge of geospatial analysis methods and ESRI GIS applications development
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Avenza MAPublisher

  • Working knowledge of Arcade and/or JavaScript programming for GIS applications and API's integration
  • Experience with data visualization and cartographic design
  • Experience with project management and team collaboration
