Responsibilities

As a Sales and Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients across a variety of industries
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Working with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to improve customer service and sales outcomes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Customer service experience: A proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service across different channels, including phone, chat, and email.
• Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Attention to detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer information and resolve issues.
• Friendly tone and professional demeanor: A friendly and approachable tone, combined with a professional and respectful demeanor.
• Self-motivation and resourcefulness: The ability to work independently and motivate yourself to achieve goals and targets.
• Tech-savvy and computer skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office and customer service platforms.
• Equipment: A personal computer with Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, a USB headset with microphone, wired high-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS, and antivirus software installed.
