Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their concerns. You will work closely with our service and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Maintain good customer relations both on the phone and in person, providing courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic support to resolve customer concerns

  • Gather information from customers to identify and solve problems, confirming schedules and rescheduling services as needed
  • Set sales appointments for new customers and answer billing questions, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer inquiries
  • Complete general clerical duties as assigned, demonstrating multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Work as a team with Service and Sales to sell the value of our services and suggest upgrades to service
  • Remain calm and composed under pressure, providing exceptional service to customers even in busy and challenging situations
  • Smile while talking on the phone – we know it sounds simple, but it makes a big difference!

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with a pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
  • Demonstrated multitasking skills, with the ability to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn, with excellent organization and time management skills
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Base pay range: $15.48 - $21.68 / hour, with opportunities for performance incentives and career growth
