Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicating with customers through online portals and systems, providing clear and concise information to ensure their needs are met.

  • Serving as a product expert, supporting customers with their queries and providing guidance on how to get the most out of our products and services.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests, ensuring that all customer transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using this data to improve our services and identify areas for growth.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary, working collaboratively to achieve our goals.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will need:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
  • The ability to stay calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers, providing a positive and empathetic response to every interaction.
  • Working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e-commerce businesses and SaaS platforms, with experience in handling customer support needs.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in handling e-commerce/Saas businesses is a plus, as is experience working remotely.
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision, taking ownership of your work and making decisions independently.
  • Openness to working in shifts, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • A conducive remote working environment, with a stable internet connection, hardware, and power – with backups in case of outages.

To perform your duties as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will need:

  • A computer with 8gb RAM and a Core i3 processor or equivalent, with a stable internet connection of 15+ mbps.
