Job Responsibilities & Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer phone calls from current and potential customers, providing prompt and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns
  • Updating client accounts and scheduling services for HVAC technicians, ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Providing technicians with well-detailed notes regarding scheduled services, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction
  • Scheduling in-home services and assisting with dispatching updates, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Processing payments, refunds, and low-level escalations, maintaining accurate records and resolving customer issues promptly
  • Upselling specials and promotions to customers, driving sales growth and revenue expansion
