Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via tickets, chats, and phone calls, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist and guide customers to the right answers, solving concerns and optimizing the best use of a client's product or service.
  • Be the GPS for customers, helping them navigate the client's product or service and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Work on exciting projects with top-tier brands, bringing your super skills, positive attitude, and great vibe to every task.
  • Collaborate with other Mods and blithequark teams to ensure consistency and excellence in customer support.

Essential Qualifications

  • Native English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a ticket, chat, and/or phone-based environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and tools.
  • Reliable computing system and strong internet connection (Chromebook not sufficient).
  • A fun and approachable attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to multitask, care about details, and be very reliable and friendly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with top-tier brands or in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools and platforms.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or flexible environment.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to learn and grow.
