Job Description

The Vice President, Field Human Resources provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization’s field human resources team and to the Director of Recruiting. This role encompasses the transformational aspect of human resources functions including team member acquisition, engagement, talent management, retention, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations. The Vice President, Field Human Resources is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating policies, practices, and procedures that are both people first and legally sound. This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. Desired Traits:

Experience Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years’ Human Resources management experience in a multi-unit, multi-state organization
  • Demonstrated superior organizational, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience coaching and counseling senior executives
  • HRCI and/or SHRM Certification preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%)
  • Experience in Private Equity firms - preferred
