Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with booking and managing their flight reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information on Blithequark's policies and procedures, promoting a positive customer experience.
  • Handle flight changes, cancellations, and rebookings, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, responding to customer needs, and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using computer systems and software effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a home-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous remote work experience, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with airline or travel industry systems, including flight scheduling and reservation software.
  • Certifications in customer service, such as ICSS or HDI, are an advantage.
