Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound phone calls, return phone calls, and address emails and live chats in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and expertise.
• Work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment, ensuring high-quality interactions with customers.
• Utilize a reliable computer, internet connection, and headset to perform job duties.
• Collaborate with the Blithequark team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working in high-volume call centers, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset.
• Quiet, distraction-free home environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

What We Offer:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of $15.00.
