Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and chats, in a prompt and professional manner
  • Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customer questions, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively
  • Utilize your product or service knowledge to address customer concerns, provide solutions, and offer alternative options when necessary

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Residence in one of the following states: Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications an asset
  • Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain this knowledge to customers
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with software applications, troubleshooting, and basic technical support
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (> 40mbps) and a dedicated workspace that meets our remote work requirements
