Job Overview: Part Time Data Entry Clerk

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer-obsessed culture by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Prepare reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence by copying, collating, and formatting documents as needed.
  • Assist in other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Work between 16-25 hours per week, committing to a consistent schedule that supports our operational needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, with excellent accuracy.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure error-free data entry and document preparation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Basic understanding of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • Familiarity with clerical procedures and systems, such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently, identifying and solving problems in a proactive manner.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a customer-focused industry.
