Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting work-from-home opportunity where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As a part-time position, you will work under 4 hours daily, making it an excellent fit for those seeking flexibility while still being part of an internationally recognized airline.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Assisting customers with booking and changing flight reservations
  • Providing information on flight schedules, cancellations, and delays
  • Processing payments, refunds, and other transactions
  • Maintaining customer records and updating their account information
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed

Educational Qualifications

Experience
