Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Shareholder Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to investors, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and navigating complex conversations to ensure accurate information is shared. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls from investors, providing accurate information and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Navigate complex conversations, addressing concerns and objections from investors in a clear and concise manner
  • Utilize Microsoft Office to manage and track interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is shared with clients
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective communication strategies, ensuring seamless execution and positive outcomes
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with investors
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, with a focus on shareholder communications or investor relations

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other customer service software
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Equipment Requirements

* MacBook (not preferred, but must be a current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11)

  • Headsets – USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Dual monitors will be beneficial, but not required
  • Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
