Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Compensation and Injury Review Specialist

Responsibilities

As a full stack customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with callers through an automated dialer, with the goal of speaking to 40-50 callers per day
  • Multitasking to manage multiple windows and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
  • Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage caller interactions
  • Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Assisting with other projects as needed
  • Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • A competitive spirit, with a focus on driving business results
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum)
  • A reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB)
  • Strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong knowledge of sales and customer service principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and phone software (VICI)

Compensation and Benefits

As a full stack customer service representative, you will be eligible for a total compensation package of up to $33.00+/hour, with a base salary of $17.31/hour and potential commissions and bonuses. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for overtime pay outside of the training period.

Training and Onboarding

As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program, which will cover the following topics:

  • Company policies and procedures
  • Phone software (VICI) and CRM software
  • Sales and customer service principles
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Team collaboration and communication
