Key Responsibilities
- Navigate the complex world of PCPs, meds, appointments, and benefits with ease and expertise.
- Provide exceptional customer service to 50-70 individuals every day, empowering them to take control of their healthcare journey.
- Collaborate with a talented team of professionals to deliver exceptional results and meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) – but we encourage you to have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.
- At least a year of experience in insurance operations, where you've honed your skills in navigating complex systems and providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and provide creative solutions to customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare/insurance experience is a plus, especially if you're familiar with medical terminology and benefit plans.
- A background in social work, behavioral health, or any other field that demonstrates your passion for helping others is highly valued.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and meeting customer needs.
