Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of blithequark, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing solutions to passenger issues via phone, email, and chat. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a dedication to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and alternatives
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Following communication guidelines and policies to maintain blithequark's high standards
  • Collaborating with the team to improve processes and the overall customer experience
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and software
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home
