Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Assist with Flight Bookings and Changes: Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Resolve Issues and Concerns: Resolve issues related to flight delays, cancellations, and baggage claims, providing solutions and alternatives.
  • Provide Information and Support: Provide information about blithequark's services, policies, and promotions, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring that all customer interactions are tracked and followed up on.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction, sharing best practices and feedback.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze issues and provide solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience in the Travel Industry: Previous experience in the travel industry or with an airline is highly preferred.
  • Multilingual: Multilingual candidates are highly valued, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages.
