About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Typing Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals, including nurses and staff. Your primary duties will include collecting, verifying, and entering information into our databases, developing reports and other materials for distribution, and attending team meetings, conferences, and trainings as required.

  • Provide administrative support to blithequark healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collect, verify, and enter information into our databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop reports and other materials for distribution to stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and management.
  • Attend team meetings, conferences, and trainings as required, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices.
  • Follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior medical or clerical administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in navigating MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to use discretion and judgment when working with confidential information, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
  • Basic proficiency in department Medical Information System Technology (MIST) within 60 days of employment, or position change required.
