Responsibilities

As a Full-Time/Part-Time Personal Assistant – Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that employees receive their paychecks in a timely manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payroll data, including employee information, pay rates, and benefits.
  • Assisting in resolving payroll-related inquiries and providing support to employees and management as needed.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Proficiency in data entry and customer service, with experience in payroll systems a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and software, including ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in payroll, customer service, or data entry, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as business administration or accounting.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
