Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 16 years of age, and a resident of the United States
  • Have a stable internet connection, and access to a phone, laptop, or computer
  • Be proficient in basic PC skills, including typing, data entry, and navigation of digital systems
  • Have excellent written and spoken English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Be able to work from home without distraction, and maintain a high level of focus and productivity
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, or call center roles
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a proven track record of productivity and success
