As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members receive the support they need to achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner
  • Ensure all company procedures are followed and accurate trip data is input in our systems
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
  • Multitask effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems and review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage
  • Answer a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day) and respond to customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner
  • Work independently under general supervision and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to type 35wpm or more
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner
  • The ability to work overtime as required and attend 100% of training, on camera, for the first 30 days of employment
