Job Overview: Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a permanent work-from-home basis. As a key member of our 24/7 call center facility, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring seamless communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to 100-150 inbound calls daily, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations.
  • Categorize all calls received into designated categories, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Maintain a general understanding of company policies and procedures, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments.
  • Utilize strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
