Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Client Support Supervisor to join our team. As a Senior Client Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of client support specialists, driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business results, improve client satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of client support specialists to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve client satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure team members are aligned with business objectives and are equipped to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives to drive business growth, improve client satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure blithequark remains competitive and innovative.

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in multi-channel contact center management or healthcare/ pharmacy services experience or equivalent experience.

  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving client satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5+ years industry experience in lieu of degree).
  • Strong computer and web skills in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, and sales.
  • Experience working with vendors and partners to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
