About the Role

As a Supervisor of Customer Service at blithequark, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. You'll lead by example, providing guidance and mentorship to team members, and work to continually improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure exceptional performance
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently
  • Develop and implement customer service procedures and policies to drive continuous improvement
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and customer feedback, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for customer service

Essential Qualifications
