Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data into company databases with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Update existing data and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested by team members or management.
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost and is easily accessible.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to company data protection policies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors through various channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, with a track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
