Procurement Project Coordinator-Procurement, Telecom, Fiber, Materials

TEKsystems is currently seeking a Project Coordinator with strong Procurement, Fiber and Telecom experience for a 100% Remote 1-year + contract with potential to extend/convert permanently.

• Required experience with Procurement (2+ years), Telecom, Materials Management, Move Orders, NTP's (notice to proceed) and Inventory Management.

Description

• Maintain inventory of equipment, materials, and parts needed for production.
• Assist with procurement, including vetting payback requirements for funding approval.
• Assist with logistics, including shipping, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and documentation of meeting minutes.
• Process requisitions for NTPs, contract services/change orders, and materials.
• Move orders, obtain vendor quotes, and coordinate with legal to validate terms & conditions.
• Report material tracking status updates.

Someone that is a critical thinker, has some analytical skill and is proactive in finding solutions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
