Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement. Required Skills: Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Customer-Centric: A deep commitment to providing excellent customer service and a passion for helping people. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
