About the Role

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with flight bookings, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive travel experience for all our passengers. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and policies, staying up-to-date on blithequark's products, services, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Stay updated on blithequark's products, services, and promotions, enabling you to provide informed and personalized support to our customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace, allowing you to focus on customer interactions.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
