The Role

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our valued cardholders, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from cardholders, resolving inquiries, and authorizing sales
  • Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information
  • Building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience (any kind) or military equivalent experience
  • Must live within a 2.5-hour commute of the Rapid City, SD location
  • Confidence using a computer, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet
  • Willingness to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas)
  • Ability to meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post for future roles

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems

Occasional Onsite Requirements
