Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative with blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
  • Providing accurate information about blithequark policies, services, and promotions.
  • Assisting customers with booking modifications, flight schedules, baggage inquiries, and other service-related issues.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with professionalism and patience, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven customer support experience, preferably in the airline industry or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and knowledge bases.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry, is advantageous.
