Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely and effective support through our live chat platform. With full training provided, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in customer support, working with a diverse range of clients and industries. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional live chat support to clients' customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize our comprehensive knowledge base and documentation to answer frequently asked questions and provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide additional support when needed
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets and metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer support and live chat technology
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage multiple chat sessions and prioritize tasks effectively

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention

  • Knowledge of live chat technology and customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
