As a Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare team, you'll have the opportunity to work with US-based customers, addressing their prescription benefits questions and concerns. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing empathetic and personalized support to customers, and making a positive impact on their healthcare experience.

About the Role

We're seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team, supporting customers with their prescription benefits questions and concerns. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls from US customers and addressing questions and concerns regarding their prescription healthcare benefits
  • Providing information about their insurance coverage, what is included in the customer's benefit plan, addressing copays, and assisting with coverage determination
  • Handling prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking
  • Educating customers on online self-service for updates and helping troubleshoot these self-services
  • Empathizing and resolving concerns to simplify the customer's healthcare experience
  • Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • Adapting to learn new call types when business needs change and flexing support in those areas

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • 18+ years old and high school diploma/GED
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Customer-focused personality
  • Full-time schedule availability to meet business needs (may include weekends)
  • Willing to submit a drug test and background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance, requirements for dispensing prescriptions, educating customers, and conducting routine assessments

Work Environment and Requirements

As a remote worker, you'll need:

  • High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed (no satellite, WiFi, or cellular/wireless carrier internet services)
  • A hard-wired internet connection via ethernet cable to modem/router that you own/are responsible for
  • Dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • Must live in North Carolina
