Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system, identifying document types based on provided guidelines, and reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards will be essential to your success. You will also collaborate professionally with other team members as needed, suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes, and ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out. Additionally, you may be required to perform other basic office duties as assigned.

  • Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images.
  • Identify document types based on provided guidelines.
  • Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards.
  • Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed.
  • Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out.
  • Perform other basic office duties as assigned.

Compensation and Schedule

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package to our Data Entry Specialists. The pay rate for this role is $12 per hour, and both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, and available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

Typing Requirements

In addition to the essential qualifications, you should also meet the following typing requirements:

  • WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy.
  • KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.
