Key Responsibilities

• Own daily logistics operations management of multiple data center locations
• Create, lead, and support cross-functional organization drives/projects
• Manage and monitor vendor performance scorecards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and development of business cases to support logistics process changes and/or improvements
• Identify opportunities for improvement to the cost and/or quality of services, transform ideas into a documented business case, present the business case to peers and management for approval, and provide ongoing project management
• Manage relationships with various internal customers at data centers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent functional experience
• At least 3 years of experience managing warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• Experience in project planning, business case development, influencing teams, presentations, and financial modeling
• Experience managing people in remote and regional areas

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• An MBA or Graduate degree in a related field
• Certification in project management
• Experience in operations management, problem-solving, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) vendor relationships, budget creation, and cost management
• Ability to apply structured thinking and logic, and provide solutions
• Exceptional analytical skills
