Job Overview

We're looking for a talented and experienced professional with a proven track record in cold calling, lead conversion, and sales closing. As an integral part of our team, you will utilize your exceptional communication skills to book and close sales calls for our fitness client prospects. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold and Warm Lead Calling: Utilize your expertise to contact leads, build rapport, and convert them into booked calls and closed sales.
  • Appointment Setting: Book leads with our sales team and yourself, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Data Management: Accurately record all data in Close.io, maintaining up-to-date records and insights.
  • Lead Monitoring: Proactively monitor leads, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to engage hard-to-reach prospects.
  • Initiative and Innovation: Continuously seek new methods to improve contact rates, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
  • Daily Reporting and Feedback: Provide detailed reports on tasks completed, sharing insights and feedback from calls and duties to inform future strategies.
  • Weekly Operational Meetings: Attend regular meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and align with the team's objectives.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or a related field, with a focus on high-ticket sales.
  • Fitness Sales Experience: Previous experience in the health and fitness industry, particularly in sales or coaching, is highly desirable.
  • Goal Orientation: A strong desire to surpass goals and objectives, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to persuade prospects, build rapport, and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Objection Handling: Proven skills in addressing and overcoming objections, with a focus on providing solutions and value to customers.
  • Time Management and Organization: The ability to work at a fast pace, prioritize tasks, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
