With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.We are seeking a Project Engineer to join the group and focus on Civil Engineering related to site development and redevelopment.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with some experience in large scale multi-family residential, retail, corporate and industrial projects who will be responsible for code compliance, documentation and coordination with both in-house and sub-consultant engineering teams. This is a great career opportunity for someone who wants to develop and define their career within Arcadis.We are to be found at 7000 N Federal Highway in a newly renovated office and close to the border of Delray Beach and Boca Raton.Role accountabilities:

• Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources and / or civil projects
• Preparation of construction documents, calculations and reports for public or private clients
• Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater and utility improvements
• Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments
• Working with municipalities on necessary permits
• Client interface and coordination
• Project management of site development or redevelopment.
• Water management analysis experience with M-D DERM, Broward County EPD and SFWMD.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Florida Licensed (PE) or PE candidate Civil Engineer with 3-5 years experience in land and site development.
• Experience in the Civil / Land Development sector - single site and municipal type projects and the development of construction documents for public sector clients including cities / counties / water districts etc
• Proficient skills with AutoCAD Civil 3D software and MicroStation ability not essential but would be considered an asset
• The ability to work well with team members and to develop and mentor staff
• Good communication and client relationship skills
