Position Overview We’re looking for a full-time Remote Acquisitions Closer to join our high-performing team. This role is designed for professionals who excel in working with warm inbound leads, negotiating with motivated sellers, and closing profitable real estate deals. Compensation is performance-based, earn based on your results, not your hours worked. We want top closers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and are motivated to excel. Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend calls

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with Seller Leads: Handle inbound sales calls and convert leads into contracts
• Understand Seller Needs: Identify key seller motivations and pain points to craft optimal solutions
• Drive Deal Closures: Formulate fair and profitable solutions for sellers while ensuring successful negotiations
• Maintain Organized Documentation: Keep follow-up activities and CRM notes consistent and up-to-date
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our transaction team to ensure smooth post-contract processes

• CRM Skills: Comfortable using CRM tools (Podio experience a plus)
• Background in Sports or Sales: Athletic, high-performance, or military experience is beneficial

Compensation

Structure First 90 Days: $2,000/month Draw + Commission

• Guaranteed Draw: $2,000/month (advance against future commissions)
• Performance-Based Commission: 11%–15% of closed deal revenue
• Expected Earnings: $8,250 – $15,000+ (including the draw during the first 90 days)

After 90 Days: Commission Only

• Performance-Based Commission: 11%–15% of closed deal revenue
• Earnings Potential: $8,250 – $15,000+ (uncapped)
