Job Summary
The Business Analyst will be a cross-functional role that liaises with other key functions, including Sales, Field Operations, Profit Growth Management (PGM), Finance, Enterprise Planning, and Marketing. The successful candidate will provide support for various business activities, such as client engagement spend and investment, business solutions, supply chain management, pricing, marketing initiatives, and working capital management.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre- and post-examination of client programs, strategic projects, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on assisting the business in making informed decisions.
- Investigate the performance of various pilot initiatives while following a testing framework (e.g., A/B Testing).
- Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions.
- Proactively search for trends and patterns in the data being evaluated to identify gaps or opportunities that the business needs to consider or address.
- Support the design and development of Coca-Cola Florida tools to improve financial targets, based on various switches from top-line to bottom-line, with continued development of value chain capabilities.
- Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and design executive summaries.
- Any other related and assigned duties.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations experience, with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
- Management Consulting or Engineering experience highly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities.
- Strong data literacy.
- Data visualization via Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement.
- Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects.
- Easily collaborate with cross-functional teams and support various stakeholders.
- Strong change management skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility.
- Can demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth in total system profit.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.
- Statistical analysis using R or a similar tool.
- Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Insight Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
- Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, and production processes.
- Project management or consulting experience.
