Job Summary

As a ChatGPT Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving long-term success. You will work closely with our Business, Product, and Engineering teams to understand client needs, develop success plans, and provide training and enablement support. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention rates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and needs.
• Design and execute client success plans, including setting goals, identifying potential challenges, and establishing KPIs.
• Conduct client training and enablement sessions, using a "train the coach" model to empower scale.
• Systematize best practices, guides, and FAQs based on client interactions.
• Collect and relay client feedback to internal stakeholders, identifying themes and areas for product improvement.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless handoff between pre- and post-sales.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Communications, or Technology).
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences, preferably in a SaaS or tech industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with executives and leaders.
• Proactive and solution-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
• Commitment to fostering the safe and ethical development of AI.
