Join Our Team as a Contract Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Contract Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As the voice of blithequark, you'll engage with our members, helping them navigate their healthcare needs, understand our program, and get their eligible claims paid. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional member support via phone, chat, and email, requiring a proactive problem-solving approach and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering amazing service to our members through multiple channels (phone, chat, and email), providing education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefits, and find the right healthcare providers for their needs.
• Following best practices for handling member inquiries, and suggesting process improvements as opportunities arise.
• Managing and organizing your workload using blithequark's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite.
• Triaging and escalating complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintaining a detailed understanding of employer health benefits and insurance, staying up-to-date on industry developments.
• Relaying member feedback to leadership teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of blithequark's solutions.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A passion for helping others, with the ability to think creatively and empathetically.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment, demonstrating calmness under pressure and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different member needs and preferences.
