About the Role

As a Category Assortment Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth strategy for DashMart's brands. You will be responsible for supporting key categories, including assortment optimization, vendor management, and marketing. Your expertise will help us create a compelling product offering that meets the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Assortment Optimization: Identify innovative assortment opportunities for DashMart, ensuring a diverse and appealing product range that meets customer demands.
• Vendor Management: Act as a main point of contact for vendors, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote DashMart's brands, and own post-campaign reporting to measure success.
• Product Development: Help add new items to the catalog, ensuring high menu integrity and alignment with DashMart's brand strategy.
• Growth Strategy: Contribute to the development of the growth strategy for strategic brands, driving business results and customer engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including inventory management, supply chain specialists, menu specialists, and local operations to ensure alignment and success.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or supply chain management, is preferred.
• Ownership Mentality: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Spreadsheets: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or similar tools, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
