Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our team, responsible for leading financial analysis, process improvement, and project management initiatives. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements. Your expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and planning will be essential in supporting strategic decision-making and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support key workstreams directly aligned to executive priorities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects and initiatives
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, including the development of new spend approval committees and the implementation of efficient processes
  • Coordinate, review, and present spend requests to a panel of financial leaders, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Develop and maintain executive-level reporting to inform spending decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Analyze internal data systems to become a subject matter expert in spend baselines and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead audits to validate productivity recommendations across the organization, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of process improvements

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business planning, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement and management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail or technology industry, with a strong understanding of business operations and market trends
  • Proven experience in contributing to and leading cross-functional teams, with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive business insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
  • Certifications in financial planning and analysis, such as FP&A or CFA, with a strong understanding of industry best practices
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights, with a strong understanding of data analysis and modeling
  • Strong programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python or R, with a strong understanding of data science and analytics
