About the Brand Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities

• Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners and build successful communication channels at all levels
• Partner with the Retail Category Team to set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for vendors
• Build and execute on a joint business plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for vendors and Amazon
• Conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience
• Conduct regular WBRs, MBRs with vendors, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans
• Utilize a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas, including site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum B2.2 level German Language Certification is Mandatory, C1 preferred
• 1+ years of account management, project or program management, buying experience, or in an operations role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and publish recommendations and action plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with vendors and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum B2.2 level German Language Certification is Mandatory, C1 preferred
• 2+ years of account management, project or program management, buying experience, or in an operations role
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related field, with a strong understanding of vendor management and account management principles
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and enhance customer experience
