Job Summary

The Bilingual e-Live Verification Phone Agent will be responsible for reviewing customer information, ensuring that all requirements are met, and approving rental dispatches. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate multiple screens, and provide top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer information and ensure that all requirements are met before approving rental dispatches
  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers to verify information and provide support
  • Interact with customers via chat to explain and obtain required information
  • Work with multiple customers simultaneously, both online and over the phone
  • Ensure compliance with U-Haul policies to retain customer loyalty and prevent objections
  • Document customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or phone-based environment
  • Good listening, logic, and reasoning skills, with the ability to multitask and assist multiple customers at once
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple screens
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 25 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Familiarity with U-Haul's Truck Share 24/7 program and rental procedures
  • Technical savvy, with experience using instant messaging programs and navigating multiple software systems
  • Facial recognition skills and experience working with customers from diverse backgrounds
