Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed, providing exceptional customer service and empathy to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize computer skills for accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring patient information is up-to-date and readily available.
  • Gather and review patient billing and medical information, working closely with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
  • Demonstrate a strong work attitude and willingness to help others, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Multi-task and use dual monitors effectively, navigating complex systems and software with ease.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of recent Call Center experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Active internet connection already installed at your home, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Ability to pick up equipment in Irving, TX, as part of the onboarding process.
  • Residency in the Dallas/Irving Area is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of medical terminology and billing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using multiple software systems and technology platforms, with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
