Job Summary

As a full stack software engineer at blithequark, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web and cloud applications that meet the needs of our clients. You'll work closely with our product design and development teams to create innovative solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. Your expertise in programming languages, data structures, and software development methodologies will be essential in driving the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy web and cloud applications using a range of programming languages, including Java, Python, and Scala

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality code and identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application development and deployment
• Automate tasks and processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Develop and maintain advanced data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing
• Create and document technical and business requirements and analyze system processing streams
• Lead small teams of developers and engineers to achieve project goals and objectives
• Impact colleagues with innovative changes and enhancements by testing the norm and taking calculated risks

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud applications
• Strong expertise in programming languages, including Java, Python, and Scala
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including GCP and AWS
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with NoSQL databases, including HBase, Couchbase, and MongoDB

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration
• Experience with Kafka streams and lines
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools
• Experience with cloud-based services, including AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Functions
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations
